Results of 2022 Annual Shareholder Election

Mitch Holmes and Jami Hadlock have been re-elected for another two-year term.  Our newest Board member is John Wood.  A huge "thank you" to the volunteer inspectors of the election. Leisa Firth and Jayne Nielsen who volunteered their time yesterday to count the votes.

The LPC Board would also like to thank all of the shareholders who participated in the Annual Shareholder Meeting and the voting process.

May 23, 2022 - The 2022 Board members have met and voted on positions of the Board.  The results are as follows:

Matt Bailey - Vice President

Ed VanDyke - Treasurer

John Wood - Director
