2020 Annual LPC Shareholders Meeting Cancelled

Due to COVID-19, the Annual Shareholders Meeting scheduled for April 29, 2020 has been cancelled.  LPC Board members will provide all information by mail along with the voting cards.  All voting cards must be returned by April 30, 2020.  All questions can be submitted through the LPC website www.libertypipelinecompany.com.  The Board will post answers to questions via the website.

As a shareholder/member of the Liberty Pipeline Company, you are entitled to vote for

Officers/and/or company business.  There will be three board member positions up for vote by the shareholders.
